Listing alerts
Not every new listing. The right ones. Tell us roughly what you're after. An agent builds the search on the MLS® System — the same one brokerages use — around your actual criteria, and you get matching listings as they're entered.
How it works You tell us the area. One field is enough to start. An agent builds the search. Within one business day, on the same MLS® System brokerages use — not a scraped feed.Matches arrive by email. New listings as they're entered. Unsubscribe from any of them.Common questions Is this the same as portal alerts? Not quite. A portal alert is whatever a search box could match. This one is built by an agent on the board's own MLS® System, around criteria you described in your own words — including the things a filter has no field for, like a quiet street or a walk-out basement.
Will I be called constantly? No. You'll get listings. If you want to see one, you tell us — that's the whole arrangement.
What if my criteria change? Reply to any alert and we'll adjust the search. Most people widen or narrow it once or twice in the first month.
