Mudit Mehta

Mudit founded Elixir around a simple principle: important real estate decisions deserve careful analysis and honest advice. His background in IT management shaped a habit of examining the evidence before forming a view — a discipline he brings to pricing, negotiations and every client recommendation.

A real estate professional since 2016 and former Director of the Brampton Real Estate Board, Mudit continues to train agents and personally writes Elixir's market research and educational guides.

Our job is not to validate a decision you've already made. It's to help you make the best one.

Why the brokerage exists

Elixir was started to build a brokerage known for genuinely premium service to buyers, sellers and investors — defined by agents who are honest, skilled, and act as partners in the decision rather than salespeople at the end of it.

That means training people properly and holding a standard, which is slower than recruiting on volume. It's the reason we're 27 agents rather than a hundred.
